Ok not sure about this Theres an Item that looks like a horn In the front of my car and after removing it and then taking it apart i found that it is seized . Its covering the oil cooler and was wondering do i need this piece? If not do they make a plate that covers the hole?

do you have a pic?
if it's the horn looking thing next to your battery in the trunk the i'd say it's the blower to cool the a/c condenser.

My a/c is out of the car / Well compresser that is do i still need it?
