Weber IDA 3c accelerator pump jets squirting different amounts

I have been using modified zenith carbs for my 2.7. A while ago I obtained a set of webers however I just haven't had time to rebuild them til recent. They were pretty dirty however they are cleaned up now.

When I was trying to set up the carbs, I found that my accelerator pumps were spraying different amounts. Here are the amounts
Cyl 1- 0.9cc
Cyl 2-1cc
Cyl 3- 0.5cc

Cyl 4- 0.9cc
Cyl 5- 0.5cc
Cyl 6- 0.4cc

It is clearly easy to adjust the amount on one bank however I how can I between the different individual cylinders?

Also, what is the proper amount they should be spraying? I believe it is 0.5 +/- 0.1cc on zeniths however not sure on webers.

Be sure of following:
  • disc valve inside of accelerator pump body is flat (sand flat using sand paper on flat surface; 220 grit is fine)
  • the three nipples on the accelerator pump body are coplanar with the two fingers the disc pivots on (220 grit on a tongue depressor sized sanding block or you can remove the brass tubes from the back and sand entire back flat; use a close-fitting drill bit to fill the inside of the brass tubes & then use wire cutters to grip tubes & lever tubes out)
  • the squirter nozzles are most probable issue, the holes in their tips is 0.50mm but drilling to 0.55mm is good way to assure all have same back-pressure when fuel is delivered to them
