82 911 cruise

I've confirmed per Porsche test procedure all checks out except ohmmeter test at pins 11 and 12 at cruise module connector .No periodic needle deflection when car is moved .Studying wire schematic im thinking mileage counter is bad ?
FYI Speedo works fine , typical bad module is good with 2nd know good tried and all other connections seem ok other than white wire with green tracer from relay to rear engine compartment cruise unit had a break in it .
Once broken wire bypassed still no help .
anyone know how to check mileage counter and any other thoughts ?
