Basic stereo replacement question

I need to replace the rather shoddy Sansui cassette deck that the PO installed with a CD player and the pretty beat 5 inch door speakers.

Not looking to do a major stereo overhaul and don't want to have to do major drilling and door panel ruining. Any advice? Brands? Do replacement speakers come with multiple mouting holes so that I can use the exisiting holes in the door panel?

TIA
Adam

Blaupunkt have a range of speakers that have multi point mounting holes in them. They also sound very good. There CD tuners look the part in a Porsche too. I also installed an amp in my car so I could hear the stereo at speeds of over 100 kph, like 250 for instance!
The complete job should only take about an hour for CD player and speakers.

I just put a Kenwood deck with a small 300W amp in the trunk(or boot?)
Blau speakers in the doors and some other non amplified speakers under the rear seats(they stay down all the time)...all costs about $200
