993 Rear Window in '79 911?

Will a 993 rear window fit correctly in a '79 911.

I've found info showing people have used 964 window and gasket fitting.....just not sure about the 993.

Perfect timing on thread. I know you can use a 964 front windshield and gasket on a 911 to get rid of the push in trim. The rear quarter windows can be replaced with 993 glass and seals, but i have not been able to get an answer on the back window. Im trying to delete all the seal trim and the back window is holding me up.

I thought it was the 993 windshield/gasket/trim that would fit without issue and the 964 was problematic unless it was a very late '89 G body car.

No idea on the rear window, either. Sorry, I don't mean to hijack and switch this to a windshield thread. I'm also curious about the rear glass.
