Porsche u.s. Last owner investigate!

Dear members,
pls help me.
I would like to buy the Old Timer Porsche,the car long time a go stay in Netherland,Holland.
The car without Title,only the almost 40 years old "insurance Certificate"available.

If anybody can help me,Welcome:
-who is a last owner?
-what was the last plate number?
-How can I to order the new Title?

New York does not issue titles for cars earlier than 1972. They issued a transferable registration. You can follow the instructions here at the bottom of the page https://dmv.ny.gov/registration/proof-ownership-not-available You may want to contact a New York PCA regional office and ask if a local PCA member would be willing to help you in this process. PCA = Porsche Club of America

You can also use a title agency such as titles unlimited or mainley titles. You may need to post a bond (small payment to the court) in order to obtain a new title.

My recommendation to you being out of the country is to use a title service.
