Rear deck lid question

Does anyone here know for certain whether an early engine deck lid (pre-74) will bolt directly onto, and fit properly onto, a late 80s Carrera 3.2?

To my knowledge, all 911, 1964 to 1989 deck lids are interchangeable. There are however some differences in the grill lay out between pre-69, pre-74, 74 and post 74 models. But the lid itself should fit all 911's.

Here are some pics of what I have. I am thinking this is a 69-73 lid...notice the (now painted over) licence plate lights.

Yep, looks like an early one. but it will fit fine.

I have an older decklid with the license plate lights (not sure of year) on my 87 right now.
