What's this relay bolted to the front of tub?
Car had some weird HID kit and h4 housings in it, though it originally came with h5s. Is this aftermarket so that the h4 bulb won't fry the electrics?

That is the headlamp washers relay. You can see the oem part # on the relay(928 618 111 00)
