I think these wheels would look great...

on my silver Targa. Too bad they are 18's. Anyone ever run 18's on an SC?

I think they would look great. The only thing is, if you have the stock brakes they would look a little ricey

Not that that is a bad thing

I am the high bidder. They are going on my 79 930. I post pics if I win.

I saw those on a 993 in Long Island. They looked really cool, very true to the fuchs.

Those would look cool on either a black car or a silver car. I have always thought all gloss black C2 turbo wheels would look good on my car, as a matter of fact someone here has that setup on a silver bellows bumper car. The thing that keeps me from going that direction is the increase in unsprung weight and the fact that they will not be as strong as a good forged wheel. Post pictures if you guys get them.

I don't really like the '90s twist-wheels on older cars--looks a bit aesthetically mis-matched. Fuchs, period BBS, or nothing.

I believe there was a discussion on using 18"+ wheels on older Porsches and the one thing mentioned was that you must do periodic inspections of all your suspension components for stress damage. Porsche itself issued a bulletin saying these wheels should not be used on older cars as they put to much stress on various parts.
