90 964 C4 - ABS control unit (brain)

I have a 90 964 C4 that appears to have a bad ABS control unit (brain)

part # 964 618 126 00 or 964 618 126 01

The speed sensors, relays, etc .. have been checked so it appears the brain is bad. Does anyone know if the rear wing is controlled by the ABS brain?

I started getting the anti lock light and buzzer. This persisted a few times now I'm getting the anti lock light and buzzer and the rear wing is now staying up. It seems to me they must be related. The wing can be lowered by the switch under the rear deck lid.

Also- does anyone know if the part referenced above can be rebuilt? I know some companies rebuild other control units. I just haven't found anyone that does these??

Any advice or ideas of where I can find one of these??
