sunroof transmission clutch adjustment screw size or part#?

Search did nothing? Mine is lost and the motor spins freely but the sunroof does not move. It moves fine with screwdriver and after taking it apart its obvious the clutch is just slipping in any position operating by hand and giving some resistance. The unit is now on solvent but I still need that screw to be able to try if it holds with enough pressure from the screw.

I tried all the screws I had but none fit?

TIA

Need a pic as I don't know what "adjustment" screw you are talking about.

I think I found the part from rosepassion, but I cant be sure before I get it. Those diagrams are painfull.

Rose Passion - P13893 - 90156466105 - SCREW - Porsche 911 Turbo + 965 1979 3.3 Turbo COUPE MANUAL GEARBOX, 4 SPEED > BODYWORK > Diagrams

I cant beleive how hard it was to find and no reference anywhere on how to work on the clutch? Its the screw thats in the middle of the transmission and the manual opening screw is under it. I did not know it was for clutch adjustment but it seems so reading some of the posts over here. It should move the transmission gear lower and get more friction for the clutch. Mine has no friction at the moment without this screw but the sunroof worked fine until now

Oh shiit

Got the scew overnighted from France but it not the correct part. This one might be the part that operates the trans manually but it even lacks the inner threads for the screw Im after?
I got the part on right.

The screw is not even a part of this sunroof trans. Here are two pics after I got the clutch apart. First pic as it was and the other like I think it needs to be. The clutch disk is the part Im consered with.

now I really need to find out the size of the clutch adjustment screw. My M5 0.8 and 0.9 thread tools dont start to thread easily and the pitch looks it might be M5 1.0? can anyone conform this?

I just made the thread 0.9 and same for one bolt. it shoul work ok now

Good going. Think that you have all taught us something. BTW, I tried to find my old transmission to have a look for you but unfortunately it's hidden somewhere in the bowels of the basement.
Keep us posted, please.

It works now. I left the clutch plate like it was so it gets pressed by to concave washer when the adjustment screw is tightened. I guess this could have been solved right at the start if I had the adjustment screw but at that time I did not even know there was such thing. Its still unclear to me if the adjustment screw is m5 1.0 or something close to that but the m5 0.9 new thread worked nicely and did not remove too much of the material. You NEED CORRECT SIZE WASHER under the screw so it wont go over the housing bushing but just covers the rotating roller bushing. The stock screw possibly is wide enough to cover the rotating bushing/bearing.

My clutchplate was shiney so I sanded it with 60 grit to be sure I wont get slippage anymore but it might have hold as it was by only tightening the screw.

Still, No idea where the correct adjustment scew can be bought.
