Oil leak - Cylinders 2 and 3

This is my 1983 Cab SC.

I have developed a leak that really messes up my SSI and the smell is just awful.

I have read lots of threads and this "could" be from the "triangle of leaks". Has some been able to check the triangles without dropping the engine? I have used a flashlight and mirror and those areas appear to be dry.

I am also about to remove the valve covers to check the rockers.

Any other ideas where this leak is coming from? The red mark in the photo shows the path of the oil leak.

Thank you

Windsor

... and I just installed the engine from a recent clutch job. The leak was already there before the clutch job and it was my mistake forgetting to check where the leak was coming from.

To my consolation, the engine was not clean enough for me to pinpoint where the oil was dripping
to. Now, it's a matter of where.

My guess would be the leak is from one of the case bolt o-rings.

Can i check this without dropping the engine? I tried peeking but those air guides wouldn't move.

Thanks
