Is this nose produced in fiberglass?

I like how the angle of the hood is continued rather than being interupted by the horizontal protruding bumper that you see on most post '73 RS noses. It has more of the long hood feel than any other front end for the newer bumpered cars that I'm aware of. The photo is a '74 RSR, and I've only seen it on the Martini cars.
