Talking New suspension bushings Q (pic)

The entire front suspension has now been cleaned and given a coat of black epoxy paint, ready to be reassembled! BUT - I have noticed something that makes me confused!

This pic (..) shows the old bushings and the new ones for the front drop link sway bar - see the difference?
How the heck am I going to get the new bushing in place on the sway bar?
The new bushings are the polyurethane ones, and I suspect they will **not** flex enough to go over the "head" at the end of the sway bar -
How do I solve this? Do I need to get the saw out or will a liberal amount of grease get it over the head of the bar?

Bo I myself would try getting them on without cutting them, I would say if cutting was required they would come cut?
By The way nice font on the OLD NEW

Let us know the end result
