help I have webers

Once again I appeal to oracles of porsches.
I have a 3.5 L twin plug w/ weber 46 IDA's, the carbs are jetted to run at 4000 ' elevation, at 4000 feet car ran very well, pulled very hard. Car is now at 7000ft I drove car today had no pull at all. Is this the performance one should expect if jetting is incorrect. Any ideas of what kind of latitude you have elevation wise with a weber carburated motor. Any suggestions for reference materials on setting up these carbs properly would be very helpful.
Foot on the floor lookin for more,
Phil

I have a Weber with a table that shows main jets needed by change in altitude. The mixture will run rich at higher altitudes due to less air. What size main jet are you running?
