TPS Sensor

Trying to track down my intermittent accell problem. Car starts fine, runs well, fuel mixture good. But sometimes trying to accell fro a low rpm the engine just does not rev up, like the engine does not know the throttle is opening. Could their be a bad spot in the TPS sensor?

it should just be a switch.
you may be able to hear it open and close if you open the throttle....with engine off.
you can check it with an ohm meter,.
should also be adjustable.

I see the closed throttle switch, it seems to work fine. So the Computer is not using the TPS sensor as a fuel enrichment device?

maybe at WOT.

it uses the AFM/MAF
but I don't know your EFI.

what about fuel pressures/pres reg

This is for my stock 84 Carrera. My other Porsche uses a tec3r set up.

If its the carrera then the air flow meter is defective. The TPS sensor is just a switch that shuts off the AC and a couple other electrical loads at full throttle.
