Hello All,
I'm not sure whos been following my saga of getting a sticker for my car but happened today. The shop that gave me the sticker however overlooked my high beam headlights (very nice of them). So I need to figure out what to replace to make the high beams go again.... They worked a few weeks ago as well.... Here are the conditions: 1) Low beam lights work (both of them) 2) Neither of the high beams work Pushing the turn signal forward: Turns blue light in dash on Turns headlights off... Pulling turn signal light back Turns blue light in dash on Leaves low beams on So any ideas? This tough for me to do? Thanks, Anthony

Anthony,
Sounds like you're having the common "turn signal switch" problem. Worst case scenario you need a new switch or you may be able to take yours apart and bend the contact strip back. Do a search for "turn signal switch" or "high beam switch" and you should be able to locate a few threads. I think there are even a couple with photos. Hope this helps, Jeff |

I've got a 'slightly used' turn signal switch that I replaced trying to diagnose a headlight problem (parking lights didn't work - it was the headlight switch). It only has about 15,000 miles on it and works perfectly. New, they are $104. Make me an offer...

That's what my problem was a couple of weeks back, replaced it and now they work and flash like a champ.
