Exchange rate is low, time to order seats... decisions.....
The euro to dollar exchange rate is pretty nice right now so I think I am ready to order my seats from BF Torino. Trying to decide if I the fixed back seats will serve me well in a mostly road car (planing to see very few track days). They are going into a 1970 T coupe.
I like the look and price of the Nürburgring, and think I would be happy with them but I worry the wife might not like the seating position for touring in the mountains in summertime. Nürburgring - BF-Autositze The R version is a $150 more per seat and has the adjustable back. Would make getting the kid into the back easier and not require the seat tilt adapter so really only $100 price diff for 1 seat and 150 for the other. Nürburgring R - BF-Autositze Also considering the LeMans but they would be $240 more per seat over the nurburgring or $100 more than the ring R version. I like the look of this a little more than the Ring R version. LeMans - BF-Autositze Any experiences with BF Torino want to share. material quality, leather vs vinyl? Also fixed back seat guys, do you miss the adjustability on the longer cruises? Thanks in advance for any insight/thoughts or suggestions.
