Contact Harvey Weidman at Weidman's wheels. I'm betting he can help you out.

There really isn't a correct one but most use a TR415.

I think javadog is right, but it might still be difficult. As I recall from my prior career in tires, not all TR415 stems have the same shape. Some manufacturers have a much more tapered and narrow body that might not be retained as well as others. I suspect the Fuchs need the fatter stems.

I agree with contacting Harvey, or perhaps one of the other Fuchs refinishers for assistance.

I think Harvey did some machining on these wheels in the area around the valve stems, to batter suit a modern valve stem, since nobody runs tubes in their tires these days.

Since you're asking the question, I assume 7R wheels must have been originally designed for tubes, like my deep six wheels. Tube wheels do not have a machined valve stem hole that will allow a modern tubeless valve stem to snap in properly.

The trick is to find the fattest TR-415 valve stems you can. The "right" stems will be fat along the length above the snap-in lip as far toward the tip as possible. When you find some good fat ones you just pull them in until they seat against the flared end and then call it good. Nothing will snap in unless you have the wheels machined to accept modern snap-in tubeless stems.

I am using Dill brand TR-415 stems in my deep sixes. They are the best ones I've found. Most new stems are not very fat above the snap-in lip since the shape of the stem above that lip is non-critical to tubeless wheels. Less rubber used per stem = cost savings for the manufacturer.

Here's a picture of the Dill TR-415 compared to the TR-415 available from NAPA. Hopefully this helps explain what I'm talking about. The Dill stem is on the left.

Ben is the bottom one the NAPA one??

The one on the right with the smooth top valve stem cap is the NAPA one. The Dill one has the valve stem cap with the nub on it.

Fast forward 7 years since this thread was created - Sadly Dill stems manufactured nowadays are no longer what they used to be. See this link (less rubber):
https://www.dillvalves.com/product_cpt/t-15-r-snap-in-tire-valve/

Finding suitable valve stems these days for deep 6's and 7R's are next to impossible.
