Philippe,
For the example listed, you would put in a price that you think is fair. If another bidder places a higher bid before the end of the auction, the other bidder wins and you do not. If no one else out bids you (and the reserve price is met) you win. Keep in mind that a good portion of these autos are for sale in the US and you would be responsible for shipping (unless it states it differently in the ad). Good luck
