Post Your Favorite Mod/Upgrade
 

These pages are chock full of mods to enhance power, exhaust sound, seating, lighting, cornering and braking. But wouldn't it be great to compile those mods (including parts used) that was so transformative that it makes you grin from ear to ear every time you twist the key? Sure there are engine transplants which bring new life, but I am interested in what was done on an everyman budget that just makes you smile. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/s1b.gif.

My fave mod so far is trading my 6 and 7 16" Fuchs for 7.5 and 9 17s Linea Corsa Fuchs replicas wrapped in Conti DWs. Handling and confidence was a quantum leap.

2nd runner up was upgrading headlights to Hella H4s with 110/90 bulbs using JWest relays.

Chris, that is one of my few joys in life. Nonetheless what an art piece.

Swapping the comfort seats for sport seats. Every time I get in I just love sitting in them.
