SWB MFI question...
Anybody have a SWB car with MFI? I'm trying to find out if during the 68-69 transition period, Porsche built any SWB cars with the MFI planned for the 69 LWB cars.
I know of one so far...911 R #017 Speedo |
There were no production SWB MFI.
The second half of model year '68 SWB had magnesium crankcases and these cars can be converted from carbs to MFI. |
Fair enough...
Anybody build a hotrod SWB MFI car? Or are all the SWB hotrods carbed?
This is what I am thinking... 1967 Porsche 911R Fully Documented (chassis 17 of 20) SOLD - Road Scholars Speedo |
Didn't they use mfi on some of the race cars in 68?
