Clean set of H1's on ebay for $435

Have been in contact with this seller from time to time. He always sells his things at top dollar plus a lot of blue sky. Sometimes he has some very nice things but jeez at what a price.
Bought my last set of H-1's for around $125 or so... this price is way too high. Joe

THose look the lights I have .. but I thought I had H-4's what is the big deal over the H-1's.. ???

Eric, H1's have 2 separate reflectors & 2 bulbs along with 4 adjusting screws in each headlight & typically go for $450-$500 a pair in excellent condition. H4's have 1 reflector & 1 bulb in each headlight along with 2 adjusting screws & sell for around $200 per pair new.

Is anyone familar with the H1 lens cover with "Turbo" etched into the lens? I am repairing one of my H1's and just need a lens and bezel. Was this a factory option (It is a 1979 930) or just aftermarket. And will this be hard to find (should I just replace both with regular)? Is lens the correct term?

Those are what I am talking about. The one I have left has "Turbo" etched in 1"block letters across the top face. The car is at the body shop but I will try to get some pictures today. Where can I get lens like that? Jim

He made reserve at 365. Good for him.
I've been bidding 300 on these since he first started posting 'em, and exchanged emails with him now and again. I stonewalled at 300, since I didn't really care if I won or lost (I already won one pair at 300, another pair is overkill since I've now got way too many lights for my two cars).
