Any idea about the price to bring a car to europe ?

Philippe, I think you should consider the German market before the American if you are looking for a 911. With the EC rules it should be easy to transport the car from Germany to France. The range of cars should also be better. Just my opinion. Btw Ebay has a german site.

I shipped my 911 from LA to Germany for $551 U.S. Dollars this past summer. It only took 28 day transit time, and then another 200 euro in port/customs fees. Not bad at all...but you have to look for the best quote.

My brother told me it is cheaper to ship something across the ocean than across the US. I think he is right. It cost me $1100 to ship my 911 from Denver to MA

Philippe,

I have a friend (a Frenchman) here in Atlanta who ships cars from here to France on a monthly basis. I will be happy to check with him and let you know what I find. I do know he is usually doing containers of six cars or so at a time, but he might have some idea what a single car would cost.

Just heard from the friend that I mentioned in my previous post. He told me he usually ends up paying about $700 US per car, port-to-port.
