Does Anyone Rent the Door Pin Tool??

I need to remove my doors, and I would like to use the factory-style tool. Does anyone have one of these to rent or lend me?

I have one but I will not ship it, if you are in San Diego feel free to come pick it up and borrow it

I'm in LA, that's a bit of a drive... I might just take you up on that though, thanks!

A little lube and a pnuematic chisel will get it out with ease.

If you can't find a factory one, do a search on my username. Last year I used an axle or pitman arm puller set that I was able to rent for free from advanced auto. I don't remember the exact kit but it had a perfect attachment for the included slide hammer to pull the pin.

Hi...For what it's worth, I found that a larger 'G' clamp did the job for me...The top end of the clamp needs to 'clamp' on to the top outer edge of the pins housing...Once it moves a little you can use a hammer and a punch to knock it out... I did though put several pieces of masking tape on to the top of the housing so as not to scratch it.
