3d Scan Project #1- Horn Grill

I started playing with a new 3d scanner a couple months ago. I figured I would get the files out there, as my time to work with is limited, so y'all could play with.

I started with a stock horn grill from my 1970 t. The scanner had some real problems with the "grill" thru holes, so I bonded a thin (.040) piece of poly carbonate to the back.

I am going to continue scanning various parts (tail light buckets and weber intake manifolds are next on the list) for personal reasons, but am very much at the beginning of the learning curve.

I can produce higher quality scans, but it will take a little more processing time.
Overall, someone with some modeling skills can use this file. I believe much higher tolerances are achievable with a few hours of work.

I am working to export stp files as well. Let me know if there is interest in those.
