Need a 23"x6" oil cooler for less than $800!!

Trying top find an oil cooler for my RSR project. I think it is nuts that they seems to cost more than $800. Back int he day I use to use tranny coolers that were large and were in the $200-$300 range.

does anyone know where I can get a large oil cooler for my RSR project?

I put a Mazda cooler. Works fine. I had to reweld 16AN fittings. It was still worth it. Payed 150.00 for cooler new.

That loks a lot like the one I have....the other catch is with my RSR bumper the fittings coming off the side seems to be problematic with my bumper. There is just no room because of the brake ducts, and body.

It actually looks like top fittings would work great with 90 degree fittings. I will check this out.....very similar to what I have right now.

Need to call Bat Inc. I talked to Fluidyne, they build the Rothsport oil coolers. They can build me one with that core and connections however I want them. Great piece of kit but $800

Fluidyne's DB-30401-2X is a dedicated two pass RSR cooler with -16AN fittings. It's about 25.5" wide, 6" tall, 3.5" deep. In Dec 2015 the price was $750; tax and FEDEX to CA added $46.
