Valve guide seals?

Which ones should I put on a 1986 930? Have Colsibro guides and I want them to last.

Use the brown ones that come in the top end kit
White ones are too tight and oil doesn't get to the valve guide.

The Victor Reinz ones in my engine gasket kit are black. Whats the difference between black and brown? I know the white ones are Teflon.

I ve used the same shop in Raleigh for 15 years and years ago they told me to toss the white ones.
I was told the same thing at the German machine shop in Delaware when I lived there.
