quick question about lowering my 81 SC

I am trying lower my SC and am a bit confused. Please take a look at the picture for the drive side below. Is the car at the highest height setting or is it at the lowest height setting? In other words, if I turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise, will I be lowering the car or will I raise it higher? If it is at the lowest setting already, i guess I should be able to remove and adjust the location of the torsion bar adjustment lever that fits on the end of the bar?
Thank you for your help.

Purty much. Just remove and re-index it

back out the bolt, pull the cap off and "reindex" it to a lower position. reinsert and adjust accordingly. you will likely need to adjust alignment, depending on how low you go.

also, if your intention is to lower past "Euro" height, consider a bump steer kit. +1 will need to align as lowering will promote negative camber and mess with the toe settings as well.

Also an alignment after you are done....

Since none of the above were super clear about it, yeah, that's the lowest you can go without pulling the cap.
