I need help with disconnecting fuel line from distributor

Is this Porsche’s idea of a sick joke?
For the last two days I have been trying to disconnect the fuel line from the back of the fuel distributor. I was able to break loose the threaded fitting from the distributor but I cannot turn it more than ¼ turn because the pressed on fuel line will not rotate360 degree’s. In other words, the large nut in the photo is one solid piece with a 90 degree bend. I partially lowered the engine to have more room but that didn’t help one bit. Even if the engine was completely removed and sitting on the bench, I would have to grab the whole fuel hose assembly with all four tubes and rotate or flip them as I unscrewed the fitting.

The only thing that I could guess is the small fitting that is in-between the fuel distributor and the return line is reverse threaded on side which would allow it to be turned while holding the hose fitting still. If this is the case, then how do I do it because there is not enough room to put a wrench on it.

Sorry if I sound like I am aggravated, but something as simple as removing a fuel line should not require removal of an engine or take a week to do. Now I’m just venting@#%$#$%%#$
What am I missing here?

After staring at this picture for a minute, I see that I could remove the other two lines on both sides of the one that I need to remove. This would allow me to get a wrench on the small adapter. Now I need someone to confirm that it is reverse threaded on one end. I didn’t want to apply to much force on it and create other issues.

Yes, remove the other fittings first.

I don't recall anything being reverse threaded.

That worked. once I removed the other line, it allowed me to be able to use two wrenches and it fought , but I was able to break it loose.

Isn't the top nut a ferrule that "should" turn independent of the fitting.
