Interior piece removal

I'm finally getting around to recovering a few pieces of my interior that were not in great shape.

I can't seem to get the piece off right behind the driver's door. There was one screw at the top but none below. Is it attached to the piece behind it? Glued on?

Any help is appreciated!

That's not a removable piece - that's upholstered sheet-metal that's a permanent part of the car.
