Odyssey Battery Install

I thought I would post a pic of my odyssey battery install since I was looking for ideas on here before buying the battery. Hopefully, this will help someone. No new holes were drilled and is held in place as a stock battery would. The access hole next to the negative cutoff switch allows access to a socket head bolt with a allen wrench.

This was all build from parts that I had on hand in my boxes of parts. The installation is in a 930. I am very happy with how quickly this turns my motor for a little battery. I am told they have a good reserve too. We will see.

Sorry about the sideways pics. Not sure why this happened.

John,

Looks great, and regarding their cranking power and reserve, I have the next size smaller Odyssey (PC680) in my 1987 930 (the one with the ballfreezing a/c, buttofcourse ), and it spins the engine just as fast as a huge Interstate I used to have, and has a remarkable amount of reserve (which I've unfortunately tested twice in the past year, while parked on the side of the highway experiencing relay failure problems). No problem in +/- 30 degrees or 100+ either.

I've been using 680s for around 8 years.
