Post race pedals / dead pedal question

At the track event, my foot slipped off the brake pedal during heavy braking. I was thinking that alum. racing pedals might be needed. Any suggestions on racing pedals?

I'm also thinking about a dead pedal. Will any dead pedal do the job?

Thanks,
Don

There a few types of dead pedals that i have seen. One that's long, one that is short. I have the long version. Short version allows you to cock your foot more.
I have aluminum pedals also w\rubber tabs inserted. I like them, dont feel to different. Some people just take the rubber off the brake, clutch and add grip tape.

Thumbs up

i have a dead pedal from AJ USA and it is great. cheaper than most, most are overkill, and easy to install.
