996 caliper questions

Who can tell me the size of the pistons in a front caliper of a 2002 996Carrera, part number 996.351.425? Also, what thickness are the discs that are used with them?

I believe 44/36, 34mm rotor

I need to R&R the front calipers on my 944 Turbo Cup (928 GT calipers), and these could be an alternative.
