What skills do you wish you had to work on your 911?

If you wanted to learn some specific skills to work on your 911, what would be at the top of your list? I'm curious about things like engine building, welding, upholstery, electrical, bodywork, painting, etc. What would be valuable to you but you don't currently possess?

I wish I was smaller.

At 6 ft, 230 lbs., and with the hands of Goose Tatum, I find it difficult to do ANYthing on the car unless its on the outside.

I taught myself how to weld and replaced suspension pan, l&r lateral supports, and fuel tank support, so I checked that off. Now I need to get better at electrical glitches, I can read an old fashion schematic but the flow diagrams give me a headache. And I need to understand the cis system better. That will do for now.

I would like to learn how to run an EFI program so I could tune my own car.
And I would like to really understand camshafts and their relation to piston timing and compression changes. When you start reading papers on the subject it's gets complicated really fast

Wish I had significantly higher income to pay for the stuff I don't want to do, otherwise, I do it on my own, or learn to do so. With help from friends..

Body work is not something I LIKE, but I do it.....my ride breaks so rarely I often have to relearn how to fix it. Especially now that I am older and don't beat the crap out it anymore.

Autoziemer so to speak. Making new friends every day......
