LWB front indicator housings

Hi All!
I need to buy front indicator housings for my -71 911T. I want the metal ones. Is there any good quality repros out there? Let me know what to recommend.

I live in Sweden so if they're available in Europe is a plus but not a must.

Or is used originals or new originals (if available) the only way to go.

I'm not doing a concours resto, but I want good fit and function.

Thanks for any input,
Jörgen Forssling

I believe the steel LWB ones that both AASE and TRE now sell come from Europe. My guess would be Poland. Have no experience with either, but TRE says they need some minor work to fit correct.

Dansk (JPgroup) started to reproduce them last year so you should get the parts at any porsche aftermarket parts dealer.

Check the picture below to find the part numbers.

Unfortunately they are not produced at the moment. I took contact with JP Group directly.

I'll check the TRE and AASE. If anyone have any experience of any of the above, let me know.

I bought a couple of repros from Seirra Madre and was less than impressed. Will they work?..yes but the wiring and grommet keeps falling out of the plastic hole

the castings fit fairly well but I think an o-ring to seal the back wiring plate might have been a good idea...They were however inexpensive

Thanks for your input. I guess they weren't cheap either, despite poor quality.

So, what do you all think. Porsche original the only way to go if you want good fit and quality? Anyone else got experience with repops?
