911sc rear bellows- how do they sit?

Refitting rear bumper and bellows.
The bellows are new.

A classic case of - I wish I had taken details photos when I stripped it down !

Can anyone provide detailed pictures of how the sit please.

Do I need to remove the rear light clusters?
Do I need to heat up the bellows in hot water first?

I think best first to remove the lower side pannel (below the quarter panel) , then tug the bellow edge under the light cluster (actually under the frame holding it).
i.e. removing the light cluster itself won't give you any extra space as the frame edge is still under there. Never needed any heating or such.

Fitting them takes a lot of patience; its a jigsaw puzzle between the bellows, the lower extension, and the bumper. IIRC, I fit the bellows with the light housings in place. Don't forget the steel wire that tucks into the bellows on the inside, it will prevent them from looking like they've collapsed...
