Mr. Pelican needs help with diagnosing an issue with his 911SC

The other day everything was fine. He took his 911 for a drive and then parked it in the garage when he got home.

He seems to have a rough start and erratic idle, then the vehicle dies. Sometimes smoke comes out of the tailpipe. He's not sure where to start and is hoping the Pelican community can help him diagnose his issue!

While Mr. Pelican awaits your input he is going to take a stroll around headquarters. Can you help Mr. Pelican out?!

All he wants is to sit in the passenger seat of his 911SC and feel the wind blow through his feathers once again. Until then, he's driving a few of his other vehicles.

Alas, it's just not the same for him when his vehicle is broken.

HAPPY APRIL FOOLS PELICANS!

LOL - what kind of engine is that, B&S? never saw one before - is it truly acting up?
And is that some sort of APC in the background? (personnel carrier)

It appears you already enlisted the help of Manny, Moe, and Jack.
Between the 3 of them Mr. Pelican should be back on the road in no time at all!
