Front Flare Verification

I'm wanting to verify which front flare I have to be able to order fiberglass bumpers.

The rears are 11" turbo flares from the 14" measurement.



The fronts also measure 14".... so are these considered 9" turbo flares?

yes, they look like normal basic turbo, 9"..
