I think it's probably f). I've started mine without the CSV, you just have to crank and crank until it starts.
You put in a new starter? I'd go back and check all the wiring, connectors and grounds around the starter and in the engine bay - I once had a loose connector on the CDI box after I'd been messing around in the engine bay. You could use a timing light on the leads and see if you are getting spark. Hopefully it's just something really simple. |
