Transmission Serial number
 

Hey guys, i'm looking to get a certificate of authenticity for my 1973 Porsche 911T 2.4L and was wondering where to look for the serial number for my transmission? I've looked in the inspection hatch between the front and back seats and don't see a noticeable number there, unless its hidden?

You have to Jack up the car. Its on the bottom near the release arm.

Number is on the bottom by the drain plug, but frequently it has been scraped up too much to read.
