Third brake light
Hello Targa Country.
I’m looking to install a third brake light on my 85 Targa, as even Guard Red can’t stop the large SUVs and others from nearly running into me. Thanks for your help. Armand |

Daniel Stern Lighting
I installed this one in my Targa...
Daniel Stern Lighting Consultancy and Supply Nice bright LED, made by Hella, there are 3 models with different angles to suit your car, and you can adjust the angle a bit once installed. I aimed mine at pick-up truck height

3rd Brake light
I used another Hella LED unit for mine (purchased from JC Whitney of all places) to help in the fight against brain dead drivers. I also bought a flasher unit designed for motorcycles to further help in the fight against distracted drivers, but haven’t installed it yet. I think the Danial Stern offering would be easier to install, though extends further down on the rear window.
