Anyone using a BlackVue?
 

Am thinking to install BlackVue DR450-1Channel car cam... one looking forward and a 2nd looking out the azz-end. That model is about $100. (Company's has pricier model for $300 a piece. Not interested in uber-capabilities so $100 x's 2 seems good to me.)

Wondering first if anyone is using a BlackVue... any model? Do you love it? Hate it?

Secondly, there's word NOT to hard wire this product to the fuse panel---"it has to be plugged into the cig lighter." Looking for a true or false on that. I believe the idea is to wire the system so it only has power when ignition is on (or system can drain battery.)
