Really foolish question

Please move if this is in the wrong spot

Where can I find a junkyard for porsche parts?

Does a porsche junkyard exist?

Looking for some various stuff that does not have to be new.

Thanks

Parts heaven is a good resource as well.

I guess it depends on what your looking for. Don't overlook the Pelican classifieds and WTB. I've had plenty of success with it as have others. I have had limited success to complete failure with dismantlers. But, the more sources you engage the higher the odds of finding what you're looking for.

Quality Porsche Parts on eBay. I've bought 996 stuff from them. Competitive prices and free shipping.

That's the one I've heard of... unfortunately if you aren't local they will NEVER respond to any emails or messages left.

Good luck actually being able to do business with them. :(

DC is in Rocky Mount, NC. Probably closest one to you.

I've had good luck finding odd parts from Retro Automotive Products, LLC in Springfield, VT. contact them at jr@retroautomotiveproducts.com Also look at their website. The seem a better bet than DC Automotive who made me  !!

I live on the east coast any every time I've called (never emailed so I can't speak to that), they've responded and better still, had exactly what I needed. Jim is super knowledgeable and their prices are more than reasonable.
Try them again. Maybe leave a message saying they come highly recommend (which they do) on PP.
