Yes agree thanks. Completely different question though Dennis - how do you keep track of all the different bolts and where they go after you get them back from the plater?

I just sort them by size into a bunch of bins and check the exploded parts diagrams to determine which bolt to use where. They usually say something like M6 x 25 mm and then off you go.....

You can pick them up for $370 if you only pick up the splined hub and use your existing flat plates.

Can you make the height adjustments with the weight of the car on the suspension, or must you jack it up each time? Or is it impossible to do with the wheel on, so my question is moot...?

interesting... I have a 87 with a G50 and am told by Elephant Racing that these plates will work just fine and no modifications are needed.

You could lower it without jacking but you would need to jack it up to take the weight off to raise. No need to remove tires.

These plates are invaluable. The factory plates are a PITA knuckle busters!!!

Only if they now make a set with the longer G50 torsion bar tube!
