For my '87, the most difficult part is the dust cap removal. If you can not take it off, you can not change the rotor.
You need:
A big hammer and chisel to remove the dust cap,
Bearing packer to repack the outer bearing
17lb torque wrench to torque the bolt to the rotor,
9mm wrench for the bleeder screw to bleed the brake,
11mm box wrench to remove the brake line,
Punch to punch out the pin that holds the brake pad

You might need to run off the Sears several times for the tools, that's about it.

To get the dust cap off without having to beat it up you can put a muffler/exhaust clamp in the ridge ~ 2" or 1 7/8" and then you can pry on the clamp, no chisel necessary. I was able to use the wrenchs from the toolkit to get the brake lines apart. Its a pretty easy job. The most difficult/time consuming portions are getting the bolts off that hold the rotors on the hub since it requires two wrenchs on either side, and the bolts are/were pretty tight and bleeding the brakes afterward.
