Just joined the forum. Bought a '85 Euro 911 cab back in January. Still trying to get it through emissions. :rolleyes:

I consider it a high compliment if a purist doesn't like something that's been done to a car.

Welcome to the club! Was going through the same issues you are with emissions.. try Golden. They passed me :p

Are you failing visual or sniffer test?

I second that.

I recently switched out my aftermarket muffler (2-out 84mm) for a stock one, to cut down on highway noise before a long trip, and I feel very guilty about it.

So c'mon and show your new car!

Your shop? Pretty big for a 2 car garage.:D

It's been run through the Highlands Ranch and Littleton emissions stations.Passed the visual but failed the sniffer while on a dyno at both stations. Putting a new cat and muffler on it this week and going to run it through the station on Federal. Apparently they won't run it on the rollers there and only do the tailpipe sniffer.

I've always liked the Miami Vice tributes, seriously! It really needs turbo powaaaa' to complete the package, butt at least it's not rocking a "Turbo" deck lid badge, so that's a positive! :D
