Fast Forward
I think that this other sounds italian (Ferrari, Fiat, Alfa and so on).
Kris |
www.blingwerks.com? that sounds like a winner ;)
|
FastForward is simple and memorable. Competizone could be contorted into many near miss permutations that would leave people struggling to remember the corect domain.
|
Fastforward is more intuitive, for me.
|
pirelli might have a beef with compitizione...

FastForward... Simplicity always wins.
(or how about FastNFurious ;-) ) |
Furiouslyfast.com.
no matter what you choose, buy all spelling variations and have them point to your site. |
Thank you all for your pull on "FAST FORWARD", it was an old team name that I may plan on pulling it out of its grave soon. It originated in Alhambra, CA from our team consisting of 90% rotary vehicles. Not to brag but we had a street RX7 in the 10s (all motor) in 1992.
"Once again FASTFORWARD takes the flag!" |
I vote for www.gotrice.com
|

fastforward is good for a domain name, but it is LOUSY as a company name or mark. Totally unprotectable. If you are looking for the domain name and the company name or product name to be the same, I would DEFINITELY use Competizone. OK, now I have indeed tipped what I do for a living.
Fastforward is a trap. Wayne, what if you had built your parts business and named it fast forward? Do you think that automotion could have started marketing "fast forward" parts? I think they could. Your trademark would be too generic to protect, I suspect. Performance parts has this issue. Easy name to remember, but also easier for competitors to ride their coat-tails. I would choose Competizone. |
I think www.gofast.com would be a good one, it does appear to be registered but just re-directed to another site. We used the term gofast in college quite a bit, however, it meant something else......

fastforward is easier to remember and easier to say, comp et e zone?
|
www.competitionzone would trigger unconsious brain cells
|
|
Then make it CompetitionZone.com?
|
Why not "Comp-zone" ?
Competizone sounds like something you'd inject into a bad knee. On second thought, Comp-zone sounds like a computer store. Oh and Wayne, it's a "moot" point, not a "mute" point. ;) |
Maybe he means his point didn't say a whole lot.
|
It's a "moo" point.
Like what a cow would say - it just doesn't matter. |
