Porsche Crest 911SC Restoration

I am having my 911SC restored/repainted and have a question to all. I am replacing a good portion of all of the smaller rubber body panel divider strips but I am going to clean up the larger rubber strips and bumper guards that appear to be still in good condition. What products have you found to work to restore the black color of the rubber and not coat it with anything to oily. I have used Armorall in the past but doesn't last past the first rain storm. Any cleaning techniques would be welcome too. I have heard of this product black chrome, who makes this product.

Vinylex by Lexol works very well on rubber, vinyl, and plastic. But for expert advice, many folks on this board refer to:
