That is the linkage to your throttle. The part the looks like a paperclip goes up to the engine where it has another link going to carbs or injection pump. It is called the accelerator pull rod, 90142302603.

Start from there and you can probably get PNs and names for the remainder

Spring for the bronze bushings if you can : 914-423-211-00-M105
The bell crank itself looks aok apart from a little cleaning/lube TLC

There's another similar to it on the eng deck under the intakes.

+1 on using the parts catalog.
That's how I identified all parts when I restored my 911 back in 2011
Armed with the right part number, you always end up with the right part.
Worth its weight in gold.
Parts catalogs for pretty much all years are available, or you can buy them on a CD on ebay.

As bad as those bushings look, the bushings in the pedal cluster will be just as
bad. You won't feel any slop as the assy. is under spring tension. At the motor
end of that rod you will find another bell crank. Those bushings will be bad also!
I'd use the bronze ones over the copper ones.

can I ask what the model year is? (the pdf link comes up as '69 for me anyway)
Ivan is correct that the PET catalog is a major help - I've used mine a lot, but this link may be more appropriate (no disrespect intended).
